And here is the finished card from the work in progress from a couple of days ago.
I started with an ATC blank, stamped the images on it, colored in the images (word and butterflies with pencil and hearts with markers), then stamped over that in a light color using a background stamp that I picked up at a convention years ago so I couldn’t tell you the manufacturer if my life depended on it. Those that I thought of are defunct now so it doesn’t really matter.
I then added a strip of Lawn Fawn plaid paper, then stamped the splatter dots on top and the border at the bottom. That is an old Karen Lockhart Stamp Company design that Pink Ink is not selling now, which is too bad. Her borders were simply wonderful and I’m glad I still own them. I then edged the ATC with ink and adhered it to the front of the card.
I finished with a strip of paper from a pad I bought at Costco about 12 years ago. Paper never goes bad!
